A car is not unlike a human being. Like many of us, our favorite means of transportation struggles with weight problems and how to stay in shape. However, cars have a better chance than we do. What we try to accomplish with diets and exercise, they can accomplish by simply using plastics. And that’s on a long-term basis! Lower weight means less gas consumption and protects the environment. Also, with polymer materials, cars become safer, more comfortable and get a sleeker shape.
