Trainees from vocational schools or companies visit us to see how a modern research and development company operates and what is going on behind the scenes. Trainees look beyond their own professional training field and learn how trainees in other parts of the company think and act and what their goals are. A day at Baylab plastics shows the importance of contribution as a trainee to the working world, and that success can only happen if all parts of a company work together.

Here is some feedback from trainees:

Now I finally know what we are there for.

I had no idea that we are so innovative. Unfortunately you don’t learn about these things at my workplace.

Here you’re sitting in your office and think that’s the company. And then you realize that it’s not like that. The most important contribution comes from the production.

I am surprised how actively and with how much enthusiasm my students tackle the tasks here. They are usually only lounging at their desks and… I am absolutely enthusiastic how much we can learn here.
